Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Enough, operated by Porfin LTDA (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using Enough you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Enough is

Enough provides financial planning tools, city cost-of-living data, tax information, AI-powered coaching, and life-design resources for financially independent and pre-retirement individuals. The service includes free tools accessible without an account and paid features available by subscription or one-time purchase.

2. Not financial or legal advice

All content on Enough — including calculators, projections, tax estimates, city comparisons, AI responses, and written analysis — is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or immigration advice.

Numbers shown are estimates based on publicly available data and assumptions that may not reflect your individual circumstances. Past market performance does not guarantee future results. Always consult a qualified financial adviser, tax professional, or lawyer before making significant financial or life decisions.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@enoughmoney.ai if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content or data at scale
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or data
• Use automated scripts to abuse free-tier limits or rate limits
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Resell or sublicense access to paid features without our written permission

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, data, and AI-generated outputs on Enough are owned by Porfin LTDA or our licensors. You may use outputs from the service for your own personal financial planning. You may not republish, resell, or commercially exploit outputs without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any personal data you enter into the service.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. For paid subscribers, if we discontinue a feature central to your plan, we will offer a prorated refund or a plan change.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Porfin LTDA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Enough — including financial losses resulting from reliance on projections, tax estimates, or AI-generated analysis.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where practical. Upon termination, your right to access paid features ends immediately. Data deletion follows the schedule in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
